This is a public notice that the City of Port Orchard will conduct a public hearing before the City’s Hearing Examiner on March 4, 2022 at 10:00AM on the following project: File Name: Windward Estates Preliminary Plat File Number: LU21-PLAT PRELIM-02 Application Type Preliminary Plat (Type III)

Applicant: Paul Berg, M&P Builders, 10813 32nd Street Ct NW, Gig Harbor, WA 98335 Date of Application: March 1, 2021. Revised materials received May 14, June 3, and November 24, 2021 Date of Complete Application: June 17, 2021 Location: 1912 Sidney Avenue. (APN 022301-2-059-2002). Located approximately 200 feet north of the intersection of Sidney Avenue and Lippert Drive W. Nearest road intersection: Sidney Avenue and Lippert Drive W. Description of Proposal: A 26-lot preliminary plat which consists of the division of a 3.32-acre tax parcel to accommodate 20 attached houses, six detached houses and associated improvements. SEPA Threshold Determination: The City of Port Orchard issued a Determination of Non-Significance for the proposal on January 10, 2022, consistent with WAC 197-11.
