NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 ORDINANCE NO. 2022-02

AMENDING THE Bainbridge Island Municipal Code Section amending BIMC Table 18.09.020, Section 18.09.030 and Chapter 18.21, related to affordable housing on property owned by religious organizations.

 Thursday, March 10, 2022

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 10, 2022, to receive public comment in person or in writing on Ordinance No. 2022-02 relating to amending Bainbridge Island Municipal Code Section amending BIMC Table 18.09.020, 18.09.030 and 18.21, related to affordable housing on property owned by religious organizations.

The public hearing will be held as part of the Planning Commission meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m. on the Zoom webinar platform.   A link to the webinar and agenda will be provided to the public on March 4, 2022.

If you are unable to participate in person or by video conference, comments may be submitted to the Planning and Community Development Department by first class mail or by email at pcd@bainbridgewa.gov. Written comments may be submitted until the closure of the public hearing on March 10, 2022, unless otherwise extended by the Planning Commission.
