PERMIT APPLICATIONS: Conditional Use Permit
DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: Construction of a drive through coffee shop with associated site improvements.

DATE OF PERMIT APPLICATION: September 22, 2020
DATE OF DETERMINATION OF COMPLETENESS: October 23, 2020

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The City of Port Orchard has reviewed the proposed project for probable adverse environmental impacts and has determined that the project is exempt from SEPA under WAC 197-11-800(1)(b)(iv).
REQUIRED PERMITS: The following local, state, and federal permits/approvals are needed for the proposed project: Conditional Use Permit, Land Disturbing Activity Permit, Stormwater Drainage Permit, Building Permit
REQUIRED STUDIES: Biologist evaluation of on-site stream
EXISTING ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTS: None at this time.
PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS THAT WILL BE USED FOR PROJECT MITIGATION AND CONSISTENCY: Port Orchard Municipal Code Title 20.
