Description: Enjoy a full-day retreat to enliven your life!
Joy is our birthright: a pure emotion, a natural way of being. However, our busy, stressful lives can often obscure our awareness of this vital life force. Recognizing the many pathways back to joy, V and Lila bring a wide range of modalities to this practice: play, sound, movement, stillness, writing, and art. These vehicles can transport us out of our agitated minds and into a present moment filled with aliveness. A safe, supportive community, combined with self-care can liberate our creative powers and deepen our relationship with all of life.
Finding Joy is a journey into our hearts, into our joyful, creative selves. Join us and discover what can blossom forth in an atmosphere of safety and loving support. You are invited to step forth courageously and let your authentic self come out to play.
Cost: $95-$145* Sliding Scale // Vegan GF Lunch Included
