The City has adopted new fees for building and development services activities, which will be effective September 1, 2022.
Most fees are increasing. Reasons for the increase include the length of time (over 15 years) since fees have been re-evaluated and re-set, and changing City policy which now calls for 100% of development-related costs to be covered by fees.
