Inspired by the multitude of journeys that surround us in the library, reflect on your own while cultivating mindfulness with beginner-friendly gentle yoga, breathwork, and reflective writing prompts. Collect mindfulness tools to ground yourself into the present moment.
Led by Erin Quinn (published poet, yoga teacher, school counselor, and sound healer) and Katie Rains (Yoga & Events).
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Writing materials and water will be provided.
This event is open to all levels of yoga practitioner and writer. Registration required.
2-3 hour on-street parking is available on Park and Pacific Aves and surrounding streets.
