The time has come to plant the saplings you have been caring for all summer along the banks of Clear Creek! There will be plenty of plants provided as well, so anyone can participate in Orca Recovery Day. By planting trees and native plants along Clear Creek we help salmon survive and local orca population thrive.
Our planting location has moved to the Clear Creek Trail's Pedestrian Bridge off Kitsap Place, behind Ross Dress for Less.
Clear Creek Task Force naturalists will be on hand to direct the planting and provide tools. Planting parties can be no larger than 6 people and arrive during the selected time slot. There will be staggered times and plenty of plants. To reserve your planting party time, sign up through the link below.
