Kitsap County Public Works recently completed a culvert replacement project on SE Olympiad Drive in South Kitsap. Two deteriorating concrete culverts were replaced with a concrete box culvert. This new culvert will enhance stream function and fish passage to Puget Sound and improve traffic safety.
