As part of our Climate Smart Challenge, we have been developing free lesson plans and activities to help students measure carbon footprints, identify concrete climate solutions and address climate anxiety.
The City's Climate Smart team piloted a program with Ordway Elementary School 4th grade classes.
The students presented their ideas at City Hall for City staffers. They were fantastic! We are excited for leaders in climate change.
