The City of Bainbridge Island seeks an innovative thinker to be our first Equity and Inclusion Manager. As a small City government in a small community, we recognize the importance of this role. In order to dismantle systemic and structural racism within our government and community, our leaders are committed to a long-term action plan that recognizes the differences between individual, institutional, and structural racism, as well as the history and current reality of inequities for all marginalized groups.
