The incumbent performs chemical and bacteriological analysis on samples in accordance with standard methods for wastewater treatment. Responsibilities include conducting all necessary laboratory tests to meet the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirements and provide process control, interpret test results and use to help troubleshoot corrective measures for treatment and sludge processes.
