Revised materials received May 14, June 3, and November 24, 2021 Date of Complete Application: June 17, 2021 Location: 1912 Sidney Avenue. (APN 022301-2-059-2002). Located approximately 200 feet north of the intersection of Sidney Avenue and Lippert Drive W. Nearest road intersection: Sidney Avenue and Lippert Drive W.
